Expert appraisal of commercial premises and industrial warehouse
Valuation of premises and warehouses: comparative method, rent update method and market value analysis according to the use of the report.
The expert appraisal of commercial premises or industrial premises is based on the combination of a comparative method and an income update method, adjusted to the use of the property and the purpose of the report. The choice of one or another methodology, or its combination, depends on the local market, the type of activity and whether the property generates income.
