Indicative fees and deadlines

How fees are calculated and what deadlines we handle in PG Gabinete Pericial. All information is indicative and is confirmed after reviewing the case.

In this section you will find general information about how professional fees are structured and what time frames are reasonable for preparing an expert report. All information is indicative: each case has particularities that can only be assessed after an initial consultation with Pablo Gómez Thoren.

What you will find in this section

The articles in this category address the economic and temporal aspects of expert work, presented with transparency and without closed figures that would not adjust to the reality of each file.

Main topics

  • Factors that determine the price of an expert report.
  • Indicative issuance deadlines, always conditioned to the case.
  • Common payment methods and provision of funds.

General principle

At PG Gabinete Pericial we do not provide fixed fees without having reviewed the basic documentation of the case. Each file requires a prior assessment of the scope, location, technical complexity and available documentation. Likewise, deadlines depend on the current agenda, the need for in-person inspections and the volume of material provided by the client.

How to get a real estimate

To receive an estimate tailored to your case, the most effective thing to do is to contact Pablo Gómez Thoren directly (Registered court expert no. 846, AEPEJU) and briefly explain the situation. After this first review, the scope, amount and estimated deadline will be confirmed in writing before starting any work.
