Cookie policy

This website does not use non-essential cookies. No advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies are loaded. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social media pixels are not used.

Cookieless analytics

Two tools provided by the hosting platform (Vercel) are used to measure site performance and understand aggregated usage:

  • Vercel Web Analytics: cookieless visit analytics. It does not identify users, does not set cookies, does not store personal data and does not share data with third parties for advertising purposes.
  • Vercel Speed Insights: measurement of Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) in the browser to optimise user experience. It does not set cookies and does not identify users.

Both tools qualify as strictly necessary, low-privacy-impact analytics under the data protection authority's criteria for web analytics. For this reason no prior consent banner is shown.

Technical cookies

Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used if the hosting platform (Vercel) or the delivery network (Cloudflare) require them for security, abuse prevention or static content delivery.

Third parties

The website does not embed Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social networks, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity or session recording.

Google Maps

The physical office pages (/en/zonas/torrevieja/, /en/zonas/elche/ and /en/contacto/) and their Spanish equivalents embed a Google Maps iframe to help you locate the office.

The Google Maps iframe does NOT load by default. On the first visit, a consent panel is shown with the "External services (maps)" category. The map only loads if the user accepts that category. If the user declines, a card with the address, phone, opening hours and an "Open in Google Maps" link (new tab) is shown instead.

The user's choice is stored in the browser (localStorage, key "pg-consent-v1") on the same device. It is not sent to any server, is not associated with any identity and is not shared with third parties. It can be changed at any time from the location card or by reopening the preferences panel.

Once loaded (after acceptance), the Google Maps iframe may set Google cookies and communicate standard web-connection data to Google (IP address, user agent, referring page). PG Gabinete Pericial does not access this data. More information about Google's data processing at policies.google.com/privacy.

Consent categories

  • Strictly necessary: technical cookies strictly required for site security and availability. Always active, no consent required.
  • External services (maps): Google Maps integration on physical office pages. Disabled by default until the user explicitly accepts.

External links

All other communication with third parties (opening Google Maps in a new tab, starting a WhatsApp chat or sending an email) occurs only when the user clicks the corresponding link.

Future changes

If advertising, remarketing, social networks or any other tool requiring prior consent is added in the future, this policy will be updated and the appropriate consent banner will be added.
