Payment methods and provision of funds

Common payment methods for expert fees, provision of funds prior to assignment and billing in PG Gabinete Pericial.

At PG Gabinete Pericial we work with clear and transparent procedures in economic matters. Before starting any work, the client receives in writing the detailed quotation and payment conditions applicable to the case. No amount is charged without prior confirmation of the scope of the assignment.

Common payment methods

The most common payment method is bank transfer, which offers complete traceability and facilitates subsequent justification of the expense in case it is appropriate to charge it to costs or a claim.

Advantages of bank transfer

  • Immediate and verifiable proof.
  • No additional fees for the client in most banks.
  • Clear documentation for filing the file.
  • Compatible with individuals, freelancers, companies and legal offices.

Provision of funds

In certain assignments, especially those that require travel, in-person inspection or procedures prior to the report, a provision of funds may be requested before starting the technical work.

When provision is requested

  • Cases with displacement outside the usual area.
  • Inspections that require coordination with third parties.
  • Large-scale or long-term assignments.
  • First job with a client with no previous relationship.

The provision of funds is always communicated in writing, together with the general quotation of the assignment, and is deducted from the final invoiced amount.

Billing

At the end of the order, or at agreed milestones if the work is structured in phases, the corresponding invoice is issued with all the necessary tax data. The invoice allows the expense to be justified before the Treasury, insurers or in judicial proceedings.

Usual data on the invoice

  • Detailed concept of the service provided.
  • Amount broken down with VAT and Personal Income Tax when applicable.
  • File reference.
  • Tax data of the client provided in the order.

Impact on costs

In certain court proceedings, expert fees may be passed on in whole or in part to the opposing party if an order for costs is obtained. This question depends on the specific procedure and should be consulted with your lawyer.
